How to search

Exact chapter/verse: type book, chapter, verse. John 3:16 (or John 3 for the chapter).
Two or more words: separate with spaces to find verses containing all of them. Christ mercy
Exact phrase: enclose in quotes. "for God so loved the world"
Partial words: use * as a wildcard. love* returns love, loves, loved, lovely…
Strong's root: type the number. G25 (every form of that root). Click any highlighted word to jump to its root and see its Hebrew or Greek definition.
Translation: switch between the King James and American King James with the KJV / AKJV toggle above.

Warning: do not combine quotes and the wildcard.
